MSF, founded by Brittany LaDoula, is a Black woman-owned and operated small business dedicated to reducing health disparities and improving birth and postpartum outcomes in the Black community. Servicing Baltimore, surrounding counties, and the DMV area, we offer a safe, affirming space for Black parents across the gender spectrum, where each individual is met with kindness, respect, compassionate care.

Our services include pregnancy, labor, postpartum, bereavement, and lactation support, as well as virtual Evidence Based Birth® childbirth classes.
